ElevateMD is not a medical clinic, urgent care service or emergency healthcare provider.

The services offered by ElevateMD are intended to provide lifestyle, wellbeing, educational and wellness support only.

No Emergency or Urgent Care

ElevateMD is not suitable for urgent medical concerns, emergencies or crisis situations.

If you are concerned about your health, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, emergency services or another appropriate healthcare provider.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.

Consultations and Recommendations

Any guidance, recommendations or information provided by ElevateMD is based on the information you choose to share.

Recommendations are intended to support your general wellbeing, lifestyle, performance and health goals.

You remain responsible for decisions relating to your own health, treatment and medical care.

You should not stop, start or change any medication or medical treatment without consulting your own GP or healthcare professional.

Booking and Payment

All consultations, discovery calls and services are subject to availability.

Prices may change from time to time and will be confirmed before booking.

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
• Appointments cancelled within 7 days of the appointment date are non-refundable.
• Appointments cancelled more than 7 days before the appointment date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Missed appointments are non-refundable.
• Refunds for packages or services already delivered will generally not be provided.
